UK MAINLAND
All orders for mainland UK are sent free of charge, for small postal items we use royal mail 24, for larger items we use FedEx on a next working day signed for service. Swimming pool kits and Heat pumps are delivered on pallets using the pallet line network prior to despatch we will contact you to arrange this delivery.
Scottish Highlands Islands, Northern Ireland, isle of man and the Channel Islands will incur a delivery surcharge.
For overseas shipping please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.
All orders must be checked on delivery and any damages reported to us within 3 working days.
Shipping schedule
All in-stock items will be sent out the same day if ordered before 1.00 pm for next working day delivery, as we use carriers for this the next day service is not guaranteed.
Special delivery can be arranged with a timed or Saturday delivery please contact us as these services have additional charges.
Pallet delivery will be arranged at an agreed date with you prior to despatch, an adult is required to sign and inspect the goods on delivery, our pallet delivery will not leave the pallet without a signature, all re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Click and collect
All in-stock items are available to collect if you wish to collect a member of staff will contact you after your order is received to arrange.

Swimming pool kit delivery
Our swimming pool kits are delivered on pallets if the pool is in stock, we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days. The delivery service is a kerbside delivery the driver will take the pallet off the lorry and on to the driveway and leave safe, you must check the pallet for any damages.
